I was doing tombs today and got to the last part. My inventory was full so I decided to salvage some stuff to make room, I was booted with the error 010 message shortly after.

Remembering that anet has now implemented the reconnects, I logged in smiling expecting to be reunited with my teammates, but only to find myself standing all alone in tombs of primeval kings

As this is the first time that I got disconnected during a quest/mission since the introduction of the reconnect, I wonder if it's even working at all? or are they only reserved for err 7 cases?

What's with the code 010 anyway... I've been getting that alot recently mostly salvaging things in town though so it didn't bother me, wasn't very happy when it happend to me at the last level of tombs today though

Were you in the "instance" or the "town"? Don't you get teleported to the place you last were..? Maybe the team went to the next stage.

Code=010 "Guild Wars was unable to complete the operation. Please try again in a few minutes".
Confirmed. User attempts illegal action. Example: Trying to enter mission when not in a mission outpost.

I was on the altar of HoH, our team had just finished killing off the wurm on top of the staircase, so I'm pretty sure it's an "instance".

hmm... as with the illegal action, most of the times I got err 010 was when attempting a salvage. In this case I was salvaging a demonic fang, but I remember having a few err 010 when attempting to salvage candy cane shards.

I sumtimes get an err, not sure what number, when i have finished an expert salvage kit. Just when it is destroyed I get the Err.

i was in gloom using a salvage kit to make some room for new drops , i didnt noticed that the kit i was using didnt had more uses remaining and i used it again, then i got error 010, i wasnt able to rejoin the party, and im sure they went on because i was in Teamspeak with them. so yea it doesnt work for error 010

code 10 means you are salvaging too quickly, slow down, leave a second or so between salvage. You can't reconnect to the instance because it isn't a "disconnect" it's a "kick"
